Housing Program

The Housing Trust has created affordable housing for those in our community by participating in the HOME fund program. This allows those with incomes from 30-80% below the average median income in our communities, to qualify for our units. HUD sets these income levels annually and you can look to see if you qualify here. These units are income restricted and you must qualify annually. The WCM Housing Trust is looking to create more units from 80-120% to allow an additional local base to qualify for these units.
