Mary Nuckles – President
As Co-Owner and Associate broker for Century 21 Whitewater Clark, Mary offer’s 11 years of experience with all types of real estate transactions. She specializes as both a listing and selling agent for residential, recreational properties, ranches, lots and land, REO bank owned properties, commercial parcels and luxury homes. Professional memberships include: Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in the State of Idaho, Member of the Mountain Central Multiple Listing Service and the Intermountain MLS, the National and Idaho State Association of REALTORS and the McCall and Riggins Chambers of Commerce.
Chance Hobbs- Board Member
Chance grew up in a contractor’s family spending countless hours on construction sites, working for sub trades during the summer and after school. A desire to join the family business lead Chance to Boise State where he earned a BBA in Accounting and Finance, finishing at the tail end of The Great Recession. With single family residential industry all but collapsed, Chance went to work for a nonprofit affordable housing developer where he would work on every phase of development across multiple states utilizing financing vehicles including, but not limited to LIHTC, HOME, CDBG, NSP, TCAP, TCEP, AHP and multifamily bonds. With over $90,000,000 in development completed, Chance’s experience will assist the trust in navigating local, state, and federal housing program funds.
Jonne Hower – Board Member
Jonne is actively working to help create a vital and sustainable community in Valley County. She serves on the Valley County Economic Development Council, the Cascade City Library Board of Trustees, and the Cascade Chamber of Commerce. She is active with Cascade Cultural Arts Center and Horizons' Lifestyle and Education team, Cascade Mobility Team, the Cascade Community Review, and the Cascade Medical Center Auxiliary. In 2014, she founded the Float Your Boat program at the Southern Valley County Recreation District which connects youth, public service, and river gear. Jonne retired from a 30+ year career serving in Federal natural resource management. Most recently she completed assignments in the Commissioner of Reclamation's office and the Western States Water Council, Western Governors' Association. A native Idahoan, she was the first woman to earn a BS in Range Management from the Univ. of Idaho. Her MA in Communications was awarded by the Univ. of Portland.
Lindsey Harris – Board Member
4th Generation McCall area professional who has returned to this special valley to pursue career and personal dreams. Conscientious and ambitious professional with a diverse background in business development, public outreach, community advocacy, marketing, public/client relations, project management, economic development, with effective and diligent communication, critical thinking, and sharp attention to detail. An avid people person who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and cultivating positive relationships. In short, I am a professional cat herder. BA in International Studies & Spanish
Kathryn Almberg – Board Member
Kathryn joins the board with an extensive 35 years of affordable multifamily experience and a strong background in finance. Kathryn has spent the last 20 years with Idaho Housing and Finance Association fulfilling roles in finance, development management and Vice President, Director of Operations. Kathryn has been directly involved in the development of thousands of units and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial & industrial space. A BBA in Finance and a myriad of additional courses and certificates led her to be named on the list of the Idaho Business Review’s Power 25 list of the most powerful people in residential real estate.
Sherry Maupin – Board Member
Sherry’s passion is all things local and how to improve where she lives and works. Her professional background is split between banking and real estate. Having served on planning commissions, school boards, recreation districts, development councils, chambers of commerce and currently one of three county commission in Valley County, Sherry knows her way around local politics and the formula for getting things done. Sherry was instrumental in the creation of the West Central Mountains Housing Trust and rejoins the board after the successful creation of the West Central Mountains Economic Development Council.
Kyla Gardner – Board Member
Kyla is an Idaho native who has returned to the West Central Mountains after 15 years of serving in the United States Military. She is passionate about helping her community and now works for local government as the City Clerk. She sits on many boards and committee’s in the area like the McCall Chamber of Commerce and The West Central Mountains Leadership Academy. She has her BS in Financial Management from National University.
